Shipping Policy
- Any orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Plan accordingly!
- All orders received before 5pm Monday – Friday (Eastern Standard Time) is guaranteed to be shipped the same day.
- All orders will be shipped in discrete plain UPS or USPS boxes.
- International orders may get held up in customs which could delay delivery times.
Return Policy
- Once your order has been received you cannot return it. If you place an order and decide to cancel it after it has been shipped, you are still responsible for the shipping costs.
- On all refused orders, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Domestic Shipping Methods:
- Next Day Air (AM): Orders will be delivered on the following business day by 10:30 am in most areas, some rural areas may be later. If you’re unsure call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and provide them with your zip code.
- Next Day Air (PM): Orders will be delivered by the end of the next business day.
- Next Day Air (Saturday): Orders will be delivered on Saturday by 1:30 pm.
- 2nd Day Air: Orders will be delivered by the end of the second business day.
- 3-Day Select: Orders will be delivered by the end of the third business day.
- Ground: Orders will usually be delivered within 1-5 business days.
- Priority Mail (USPS): Orders will usually be delivered within 1-3 business days.
Remote Shipping Methods:
- Priority Mail (USPS): Order should be delivered within 2-7 business days.
- 2nd Day Air (UPS): Order should be delivered by the end of the second business day.
International Shipping Methods:
- International (UPS): Order should be delivered within 2-7 business days (with tracking)
- International (US Postal Service): Order should be delivered within 2-14 business days (no tracking)
